5 Tibetan Rites for Youth and Rejuvenation
My good friend and amazing yoga teacher, Jessica Gardner, introduced me to the 5 Tibetans about 2 months ago. This set of 5 simple exercises was discovered by Tibetan monks over 2,000 years ago. It is said that these rites can help you stay flexible, strong, healthy and young. There are even accounts of people whose grey hair completely disappeared and their bodies became extremely vibrant and fit.
You are encouraged to start with 3-5 every day and eventually increase the count to 21.
