Can you believe it’s almost May!!! Is it just me or is time going by so fast? I mean, there’s so much going on right now. I feel like we are always running, planning, driving, texting, booking, doing. Unless, I plan in advance, it’s usually pretty difficult to find time to just be without ‘having’ to get something done. How about you?
Do you find yourself so busy you barely have time to breathe? Do you usually place yourself at the bottom of your to-do list? If the answer is YES, you are not alone. Oprah says most women take care of everyone else first before taking care of themselves.

You might have been told it’s selfish to put yourself first. I dare you to think again. Placing yourself on top of your to-do list is the most selfless thing you can do.
